Finca located in the municipality of Mula, bordered by the town of Bullas, Murcia.
This Finca has an área of 72 hectares, all planted with pines except what is planted with almond and olive trees, distributed as follows… 4000 almond trees in 30 hectares and 360 olive trees.
It has an artisanal water well that collects 3 cubic meters of water per day, plus four drinking water points at the same door of the farm. To have electric, it can be coupled with a generator , gas oil or solar panels. The farm has two rafts in the absence of putting the waterproofing fabric to collect water from the well and to water part of the farm.
Also on the farm you can build a house of 200m² and two warehouses of 100m² each, the permits to build the house and the warehouses are granted by the Ministry of Environment of the Murcian community and by the Municipality of Mula.
The property is fenced in all the forest road as well as all the land that is planted with almond and olive trees with wooden poles and hunting fence.
On the farm it is possible to carry out rabbit hunts, wild boar, Argüí mountain goat, partridge and pigeons.
